Application Process
The School of Saint Elizabeth is committed to providing a supportive environment for all children and their families. We value racial, religious and ethnic diversity, and we welcome all students who want to join our school family. Students may apply for acceptance into Pre-K 3 through 8th grades. The admission period begins in January and concludes in the spring. Priority is given to siblings and parishioners of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish. Registration forms can be downloaded from the forms section on the left. Please submit these forms to the school with the following:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate
- Proof of Immunization
- Current Universal Health Form signed by examining physician
Students are encouraged to tour the school and take advantage of a Student For a Day experience. Arrangements may be made through the main office or by contacting our Admissions Office, 908-766-0244, ext. 12.

Age requirements for enrollment:
• Pre-K 3: three years old before October 1
• Pre-K 4: four years old before October 1
• Kindergarten: five years old before October 1
Tuition Payment via FACTS®

Families with demonstrated need can apply for Financial Assistance online at FACTS through the Diocese of Metuchen.
