Back-to-School Night Thursday, September 20th

This event is a must attend for all parents. You will meet the faculty and staff of the School of Saint Elizabeth at our annual Back to School Night. The evening will kick off in the auditorium where
parents can enjoy light refreshments and great company. Our principal, William Venezia, will
provide us with his introductory remarks and vision for the school’s future. After introductions of
the faculty and staff by Mr. Venezia, the parents will then be invited to visit their respective childrenΓÇÖs classrooms and their teachers for the upcoming school year. (Please note: this
event is for parents only)
Mission Sunday Pancake Breakfast Sunday, October 21st

Come and enjoy a delicious breakfast on Mission Sunday. All proceeds will be donated to
designated mission. In previous years a flu shot clinic has been available
Halloween Parade Wednesday, October 31st

Come and see all of the children, faculty and staff all decked out in their Halloween best.
Passport Ball Friday, November 9th

Come get your passport stamped at our annual major fundraiser. Travel around the culinary world, dance the night away and catch up with old friends and make new ones all while bidding on spectacular silent auction items ranging from sports tickets, vacations and the coveted First In Carline spot to the memorable and precious class projects.
Christmas Tree and Wreath Sale. Friday, November 30 – Sunday, December 2nd

You know you are going to purchase a Christmas tree this year, so why not purchase it from the
HSA, and help the School along the way? We guarantee only the freshest trees and wreaths in
the area. Come join us after church and choose the best one early. We will have a cookie walk
on Saturday, and caroling and cocoa on Friday.

Teacher Appreciation Luncheon Friday, February 1st

This annual luncheon is provided mid year, during Catholic Schools week, to show our appreciation
of the teachers, and their dedication to our children and the School.
Buddy Bash Friday, February 1st

Capping off a fun filled Catholic Schools week is the annual Buddy Bash. The children can unwind
and watch a movie with their buddy in the auditorium.
Lenten Soup Supper Friday, February 15th

This Soup Supper is sponsored by the HSA. A humble repast of soup and bread is served, followed
by the Stations of the Cross in the Church.
Sweetheart Dance Saturday, February 23rd

This is a special evening for the young ladies of the school to come dressed, ready to dance the night
away with their father, grandfather, favorite uncle, etc… while enjoying refreshments and having fun with friends.

Enjoy refreshments, conversation and of course ‘gambling’ and prizes our Las Vegas Night. It is

All proceeds from the annual Book Fair are earmarked for the purchase of new books and updating
of the library. Each class will visit the Book Fair to review the latest selections and later create their own wish list for parents to fulfill!
OLPH CROSS & CROWN 5K Saturday, April 13th
