DID YOU KNOW?

The Did You Know Series is fast-facts that are stated/described in the handbook but we feel are note-worthy and useful to remind all parents. We hope that you find this helpful and informative and if there is anything you would like us to include, please let us know.
Did You Know that the first two spots in the afternoon carline is reserved for our online auction winners (calendar year). The third car in line should start the carline at the steps to the auditorium. Also, please remember that the carline should form four lines in the parking lot to avoid a back-up on Claremont Road.

Did You Know that there is a sign-in sheet for lunch duty? When you come on your assigned lunch duty day, make sure that you sign in on the log sheet located in the main office in the sign-in book. It is important to sign-in so you get credit for coming to lunch and most importantly to avoid being charged $25!

Did You Know you are welcome to check the Uniform Exchange Closet if you are looking for gently used uniforms or if you are looking to clean out you child’s old uniforms that no longer fit? If you are donating, please just bring the freshly laundered clothes and add them to the appropriately labeled shelves. Simply stop by the front office to access the key.

Did You Know that Before Care and After Care is offered five days a week before school starting at 7:30am and after school from 3:00pm to 6:00pm and costs $6.50 per hour, per child. No pre-registration is required. If you find that you are going to be late picking up at school and your cell phone was either left at home or ran out of battery and you can’t call the school, no worries. If you child is not picked up in car line, he or she will be taken to the After Care program and you can find them there. The After Care schedule is that the children work on homework first and then have an opportunity to play either in the After Care room, Auditorium or Playground if the weather is nice. If you do plan ahead, we recommend packing a snack for your child to have after school. The Morning Care supervisor is Mrs. Joan Sullivan and the After Care supervisors are: Mondays: Susan Howley, Tuesdays: Maria Marino, Wednesdays: Ruth Corazza, Thursdays: Maria Marino and Fridays: Susan Howley.
